Location For August 18th

See You Thursday If You Can Make It

It is with much joy that I can share with you that starting this Thursday, August 18th, we will gather for the next several weeks at

7pm @

3014 Skillman, Dallas, TX 75206.

As I shared with all of you who met with me in January, I have been hopeful the Lord would provide a place where we could continue to study the Word of God together and where we

may be encouraged together with you while among you, each of us by the other’s faith, both yours and mine.”

(Romans 1:12).  I also join Paul in saying, “

I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that often I have planned to come to you, and have been prevented so far, so that I may obtain some fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles. I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. So, for my part, I am eager to preach the gospel to you also..

.” Romans 1:13-15.

We will begin promptly at 7pm. I encourage you to arrive a little early this first week so you can easily park and learn your way around the campus. Obviously, our first week there is no way to know for sure how many will be able to come, but we do know, if everyone who receives this email makes it, we will not be able to stay at this address long. Please come early and be gracious to one another as we get settled and figure out how we can best work together to serve our city and friends.PLEASE NOTE: *We will have people there to greet you and help you find us but we encourage you to come early enough to park and make your way inside.*We are starting with NO OPTION for childcare which we know will be an obstacle for many. *We will NOT be streaming our time together. *We will let you know if and when any content becomes available online.

*We will spend the next 4 weeks in 2 Timothy 3-4 and announce future plans in September.

Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving; praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, for which I have also been imprisoned; that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak. Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person. Colossians 4:2-6
